The Association Resident Doctors (ARD) in Kaduna State have commenced an indefinite strike.
This follows the expiration of the 21 days ultimatum issued to the Kaduna State Government by the doctors to discuss with the State government the issue of their welfare and how to improve the quality of health care delivery system in the state.
The association appealed to the general public to see the industrial action as the best way to address the issue of health care delivery system in the state.
It said the state government was becoming insensitive to the plight of the people.
